KBS KOMBISEAL ABL™
| KBS
KOMBISEAL ABL™ is a CE-marked fire sealing system based
on stone wool boards (class A1) in combination with extremely tough fire coating and fire
putty. The system is a further development of KBS
FIRESEAL HD200™ and all classic products are found from this system.
Fire tested for joists, solid and lightweight walls. Depending on the desired fire class,
either a single fire board (ABL60) or double
in ABL90/120 is used. This is a system with
a European ETA for fire sealing of penetrations for electrical cables, electrical ladders,
metal pipes, plastic pipes. It is also unique that the different types of penetrations can
be fire sealed separately or conveniently combined in one and the same seal (so-called
mixed penetration system). The system can also be installed in premises with surface layer
requirements of fire class B-s1,d0. |

Flamastic KBS COATING™ is a
thermodynamic fire protection coating that consumes energy in the event of a fire. The
product is an original product from the aerospace industry. This coating is used in
joints, hollow cores and to fire protect cables, pipes, boards etc. It becomes tough but
still flexible (ISO 1519). Flamastic KBS COATING™
has a temperature-stable highest possible oxygen index value (ISO 4589-2). This value is
also uniquely age-resistant +40 years outdoors. |

Flamastic KBS SEALANT™ is a high-temperature sealant used to seal around cables, pipes, fire panels and ducts. The product's good adhesion remains throughout the fire process. A prerequisite for this is a temperature-stable and high oxygen index value. Flamastic KBS SEALANT™ is water-resistant and is used extensively in harsh environments. The product is also silicone-free and is therefore recommended in silicone-sensitive environments. The fire protection properties are age-resistant +40 years. |

KBS FIRE BOARD 220/A1™ is a smooth and stable fireproofing board with a
density of 220 kg/m³ and a fire resistance class according to A1 [EN 13501-1]. This
product has optimal properties for simpler fireproofing and is also supplied in different
sizes. KBS
FIRE BOARD 220/A1™ is cut to size and adapted on site to the existing penetration. The board
parts are then joined and joined with KBS SEALANT™
and finally the outside is painted with KBS COATING™. |

KBS-PANEL HD200™ is a smooth high-density product with a pre-treated
surface layer of Flamastic KBS COATING™.
The product has a nominal density of 220 kg/m³ and optimal characteristics with a
well-documented fire resistance (including an independent EU classification according to
EN 13501-2 and EN 13501-1). The product is supplied in various thicknesses from 60 to 15
mm. KBS-PANEL HD200™ is precisely
figured, which reduces waste, working time and gives a better result. The product can also
be used in premises with a surface layer requirement of class B-s1,d0. |
