| KBS PIPESEAL M™ is a firestop collar and closer device for real big thermoplastic pipes. The product offers protection fire sealing for different types, dimensions and installation situations up to 630 mm diameter. This unique product has an inbuilt mechanical strangler device thats give an 2-fold safety function. This works together with unusual big heat-expanding inner sleeve to produce an immediate smoke seal and preventing the passage of heat and gases. | |

KBS PIPESEAL M™ has been tested with
combustible penetrants such as PVC, PVC-U, PVC-U, PVC-C, PVC-HI, PP, PPS, PE, LDPE,
HDPE, ABS/ASA, ABS/ASA/PVC in through penetrations. Classification report according to EN
13501-2 is also available. The product has passed the fire test up to 630 mm in walls. The installation is finished by releasing the spring-loaded mechanical device by pulling the safety bolts. This added mechanical strangling device is placed in the front of the stangler and complemented with an action of a big and very potent intumenscent lining.This double-action results in the most exclusive fire stop collar product for plastic pipes in the market. |
